Westchester New York Portfolio

The Westchester New York Portfolio originally consisted of 14 buildings comprising nearly 1.6 million square feet of commercial space. Over time the less desirable office space was re-zoned to facilitate mixed-use redevelopment. In Harrison we obtained amended zoning, site plan and special permit approvals to enable the development of a 421-unit apartment community and a 121,000 square foot flagship Wegman’s store, marking the popular grocer’s first Westchester County location. We are currently evaluating the possibility of securing additional zoning entitlements to reposition portions of the remaining office portfolio to higher and better uses such as residential and mixed-use in order to maximize portfolio value.
