Founders Park

Founders Park is a pre-eminent mixed-use campus located along Boston’s technology corridor, Route 128/95, in Needham, MA. We led the master planning and re-entitlement of 41 acres of land in a former industrial park to create a walkable, mixed-use, amenity rich campus environment for corporate headquarters users, their employees, visitors and neighbors. The development kicked off with the build-to-suit headquarters for TripAdvisor, Inc., a 281,000 square foot LEED Gold six-story office building. Additional Founders Park buildings that were delivered include the headquarters for SharkNinja, The Kendrick, a 390-unit multifamily apartment building, and NBCUniversal’s regional digital media center.
