Unilever North American Headquarters

Unilever’s North American Headquarters is located at 700 Sylvan Avenue. A long-term leaseback of the property was completed along with the redevelopment of the 321,000 square foot property, which unified four office buildings into a single state of the art office building. The project included the full modernization of all base building systems, the introduction of smart building technologies, and the creation of a new entry pavilion and glass atrium marketplace to provide Unilever’s 1,600 employees with an all new workspace and LEED Platinum facility.
