    Peter A. Sibilia

    Partner / Head of Investments

    Peter Sibilia is Head of Investments and Partner of Senlac Ridge Partners.  Previously, he spent 14 years at J.P. Morgan Asset Management  – Real Estate Americas (“J.P. Morgan”) most recently as Managing Director and co-head of the Northeast Investment team focusing on acquisitions activity for all clients.  During his tenure at J.P. Morgan, Peter was responsible for sourcing and executing transactions across risk profiles and product types from the New York City region to Boston.  Prior to his role as team leader, he was an acquisitions officer sourcing new investments in the northeastern United States, most recently with a focus on New York City.  Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, he was an acquisitions officer for Arsenal Real Estate Funds.  Peter started his career in 2001 with PGIM (formerly Prudential Real Estate Investors).  Peter holds a B.S. in Finance from Seton Hall University and is a CFA charterholder.  Peter is a member of the Urban Land Institute with membership on the national Urban Development and Mixed-Use Council (Red Flight) and on the New York chapter of the Urban Development and Mixed-Use Council (Blue Flight).

    Chris Richter P.E., P.P

    Principal

    Mr. Richter is a Principal of Senlac Ridge Partners.  In his role, he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of development and construction. He has over thirty-five years of experience in the areas of civil engineering, land planning, project management and real estate development.  Previously, he was Senior Vice President of Development for Avison Young’s New Jersey Office.  Mr. Richter received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Vermont and has a Masters in Civil Engineering / Construction Management from the Stevens Institute of Technology.  He is also a Licensed Professional Engineer and a Licensed Professional Planner in New Jersey.

    Susan Gately

    Chief Financial Officer

    Ms. Gately serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Senlac Ridge Partners. Previously she was Partner and Chief Financial Officer at Normandy Real Estate Partners overseeing all aspects of the Corporate, Fund, and Property financial reporting. Prior to joining Normandy in 2003, she worked for The Gale Company (formerly Gale & Wentworth) as an Investment Analyst for 5 years and as a Portfolio Accounting Manager for the first 4 years. Her vast experience includes all aspects of acquisition, valuation, and financial reporting of properties, opportunity funds, and limited partnerships. Ms. Gately, a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive), started her career with KPMG after graduating from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

    Steve Cusma

    General Counsel

    Steve Cusma serves as General Counsel for Senlac Ridge Partners. In this role, he is responsible for the legal affairs of the Company with specific oversight of various aspects of transactional activities, which includes providing assistance in connection with all Company legal relationships with its partners, lenders, tenants, brokers and outside counsel. Mr. Cusma also provides in-depth legal and business advice for the Company’s day-to-day operations across all disciplines including investments, leasing, management and construction as well as joint ventures the Company is involved with. In 2008, Steve Cusma joined Normandy Real Estate Partners and was a Principal and General Counsel until the firm was acquired in 2020. He previously served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Gale & Wentworth. Prior to that, Mr. Cusma was an attorney in the private practice of law, focusing on all aspects of real estate for the law firm of Jamieson, Moore, Peskin & Spicer, P.C. (now Pepper Hamilton, LLP). Mr. Cusma graduated cum laude from Princeton University and The Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University.

    Matt Lavell

    Senior Vice President

    Mr. Lavell is a Senior Vice President at Senlac Ridge Partners. Mr. Lavell’s primary focus is on leasing and asset management of the office portfolio as well as other initiatives – including analyzing and negotiating proposed leases, reviewing quarterly financials and annual business plans, evaluating and assisting in dispositions, and debt restructuring/refinancing – throughout Senlac’s portfolio. He spent the last 14 years at Normandy Real Estate Partners before the firm was acquired in 2020. Prior to Normandy, he worked at Developers Diversified Realty, where he completed a rotational training program which encompassed exposure to their Leasing, Development and Acquisitions departments. Mr. Lavell graduated from Lehigh University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Marketing.

  • Peter Friedman

    Vice President

    Mr. Friedman is a Vice President of Senlac Ridge Partners on the investment team. Previously, he was at Palatine Capital Partners, a principal investment firm focused on making complex, lower middle market investments in US real estate. At Palatine, Mr. Friedman was involved in the acquisition, asset management, fund management and reporting for a portfolio of existing and development properties across multifamily, senior-housing, self-storage and parking assets. Prior to Palatine, Mr. Friedman worked at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, focusing on direct real estate investments in the Northeast. While at J.P. Morgan, Mr. Friedman completed transactions totaling $2.4 billion in deal capitalization, on behalf of institutional investors. Mr. Friedman received his Bachelor of Businesses Administration from the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis.

  • Julia Hyman

    Associate

    Ms. Hyman is an Associate of Senlac Ridge Partners on the investment team. Previously, she was at JOSS Realty Partners, a boutique private equity firm targeting office and multifamily real estate investments. At JOSS, Ms. Hyman was involved in the acquisition of existing investments and assisted in the creation of its real estate development arm. Ms. Hyman received her Bachelor of Business Administration from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University, and she earned her Master’s in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
